Join NCWAR and instructor Bill Clarke, Attorney at Law with Washington REALTORS®, for a unique, informational course on Water Rights. This course focuses on water rights and water supply issues involved in real estate transactions and development projects, an increasingly complex issue in both urban and rural areas. The existing Seller's Disclosure Form, which includes a number of questions on water supply issues, is used as a tool to help REALTORS® understand key issues and to identify and preserve opportunities and minimize risks for their clients.
Bill's class includes a number of practical examples to help you understand how water rights and water supply issues enter into real estate transactions, and how you can effectively deal with them.
